Colowyo Coal Company <br />2011 Annual Reclamation and Hydrology Report <br />RULE REQUIREMENT <br />None Apply <br />GENERAL DISCUSSION <br />SECTION 13 - BOND RELEASE <br />On June 25, 2010, Colowyo applied or Phase III bond release of the 1978 -1999 <br />reclaimed areas. A total of 987.32 acres have been applied for under Phase III. This <br />acreage represents areas in the East Pit and West Pit respectively. All Phase III areas <br />have met the ten year minimum period of responsibility and have been shown in the <br />bond release package to meet or exceed the vegetative standards. As of submittal of <br />this Annual Reclamation Report, these Phase III areas applied for have not been <br />released. <br />All previously released Phase I and II areas can be found on Figure 3 -2. <br />Page 13 -1 <br />
