coal exploration or coal mining, and the purpose of the revision was to identify the road <br />location and ensure the purpose of the road was known to CDRMS. The Division <br />approved the revision September 6, 2011. <br />Disturbed Acreage <br />By the end of calendar year 2010, a total of 45.31 acres (100 %) of disturbance attributable <br />to coal mining operations during the life of the mine was reclaimed to final configuration <br />or released from reclamation obligations. Previously, 14.31 acres of mine disturbance was <br />released (SL -02, Phase 1111/1II). <br />The CDRMS annual reclamation report form is appended as are photographs documenting <br />the condition of the site on November 16, 2011 when I conducted the latest inspection of <br />the site.
