Is there going to be no more <br />6 reclamation? Is that the case? If that's the case, <br />7 then I think the division should stop inspecting and <br />8 stop wasting money by sending inspectors down on a <br />21 <br />9 monthly basis. <br />10 MR. ROLANDS: May I address that in <br />11 part? The federal requirement is that there's a <br />12 mandate of inspection frequency under the federal law <br />13 that DMG is required to meet and under their law also. <br />14 They can reduce their inspection <br />15 frequency on bond forfeiture sites to one inspection <br />16 per year rather than the required 12 per year, and that <br />17 is more or less just to document that conditions aren't <br />18 worse. If they are worse, then perhaps there's other <br />19 ways that they can approach it, but they can reduce <br />20 their inspection frequency to one time per year, I <br />21 believe, is the minimum. <br />22 MR. CORLEY: Well, it still leaves the <br />23 question, then, to resolve, is there to be no more <br />24 reclamation? Is that to be the final answer?
