BERRY: I'd like to. It is our <br />7 position that we will be conducting no more reclamation <br />8 at the GEC site. We feel like we took our best shot <br />9 here. Did so in good faith. This didn't work out. <br />10 We would like to have the option -- we <br />11 have determined that we will use these moneys on the <br />12 other eligible sites. We may even return some of these <br />13 moneys to the state if they are not spent. We are not <br />14 interested in wasting money. In fact, we take our <br />15 responsibility in manage those moneys very seriously. <br />16 As far as the inspection frequency goes, <br />17 Mr. Rolands is correct. We have a mandated frequency <br />18 right now of 12 inspections per year. That is clearly <br />19 not necessary. We do have the right through our <br />20 statutes and regulations to reduce that frequency under <br />21 certain conditions, and that's something were willing <br />22 to do. <br />23 Up until now we thought we would be <br />24 doing more work out there. We thought there would be <br />25 benefit in being on the site more often, and it just <br />
