Response: Review of the Division of Water Resources data base did not reveal any
additional ground water wells in the vicinity of the proposed revised permit boundary.
9. Exhibit 11 -1 in Tab 11, Fish and Wildlife Habitats, delineates the fish and habitats within the
approved Hayden Gulch Loadout permit area. Exhibit 11 -1 does not include proposed
TAHR permit boundary addition requested in PR -1. Please update Exhibit 11 - to reflect
the Fish and Wildlife Habitats for the entire proposed permit area.
Response: Tab 11 has been update to reflect wildlife information associated with the
TAHR.
10. Page 3, Tab 12 lists Small area Exemptions (SAE) within the permit boundary. Under the
heading of Topsoil Stockpile the approved text lists three topsoil stockpiles under the
category of SAE. The proposed TAHR topsoil stockpiles A through G are not listed in this
text. If HGTI proposes to permit the TAHR topsoil stockpiles as SAEs, please identify
these stockpiles in a revised text.
Response: The text has been revised to include TAHR topsoil stockpiles A through G.
11. Table 12 -3, Tab 12 Facilities Summary identifies facility structures associated with the HGT
permit. The TAHR and associated culverts are not identified on Table 12 -3. Please revise
Table 12 -3 to incorporate the proposed facilities under PR1.

12. Exhibit 12 -1 Facilities Map does not include the proposed revised permit boundary in the
PR - application. Please revise Exhibit 12 -1 to include the proposed facilities in PR -1 or
provide an additional exhibit or reference to a proposed exhibit to identify the proposed
addition of the TAHR.
Response: Exhibit 12 -1 has been revised.
13. Approved Exhibit 14 -1 identifies Alluvial Valley Floors in and around the permit boundary.
This exhibit does not include the area of the proposed TAHR addition. Please revise the
approved Exhibit 14 -1 to include the proposed TAHR area or provide an additional exhibit
and reference to such exhibit.
Response: Additional maps from the Seneca II -W permit have been added and the Table Of
Contents and page 4 revised.
14. Approved Exhibit 17 -1 identifies approved Affected Areas within the permit boundary. This
exhibit does not include the area of the proposed TAHR addition. Please revise the approved
Exhibit 17 -1 to include the proposed TAHR area or provide an additional exhibit and
reference to such exhibit.
