If <br />the Applicant intended to expand the boundary of affected lands, please complete the <br />filing process as required for the previous amendment to CN -01, filed April 27, 2011. <br />Alternately, if the Applicant did not intend to expand the boundary of affected lands, <br />please correct the application to reflect no increase in affected lands. <br />Supplemental Response to Adequacy Issue No. 2. <br />Wildcat hereby withdraws the revised copy of Exhibit H, Wildlife Information, that it <br />submitted with its Supplemental Response to Fifth Adequacy dated September 27, 2011. <br />Adequacy Issue No. 4.d. <br />Pursuant to Rules 6.2.1(2), 6.4.3, 6.4.4, and 6.4.6, the application must provide accurate <br />maps which identify and outline the affected lands of the proposed operation.
