• • Kitchen- A minor concrete slab crack was noted in the southeast corner of the kitchen extending from the wall southwest of the small arch to the expansion joint adjacent to the dining area. A vertical hairline crack was noted on the west kitchen wall extending from the ceiling down to the top of the cabinets. Sitting room - There were numerous minor cracks in the stucco around the small fireplace opening and above the fireplace. Please refer to the DVD for detailed documentation. A minor vertical hairline crack was noted on the west wall to the south of the small fireplace. This crack extended from the ceiling to the bottom of the wall. Minor vertical hairlines cracks were noted just north of the southwest corner of the room on the west wall extending down the wall to the electrical outlet. Main house(East/South)- A north/south extending hairline crack was noted under the east windows to the east of the large retaining wall. A minor crack extending through the retaining wall near the south end of the large retaining was noted. This crack is adjacent to the study to the west. There was a minor concrete crack extending east/west from the base of the previously mentioned crack to the expansion joint to the west. A minor crack was noted on the northwest corner of the exterior of the battery box near south end of the large retaining wall. A minor vertical stucco crack was noted to the south of the closet on the west wall of the study. Guest bedroom- A minor vertical stucco crack was noted in the northwest corner of the room. A vertical hairline stucco crack was noted beneath the north side of the skylight. A minor vertical hairline crack was noted to the south of the skylight in the southwest corner. South Hallway - There was a small hairline crack above the top north corner of the master 410 bathroom entrance door. Master Bathroom - There was a minor concrete crack in the slab of the hallway just south of the master bathroom. There was a north/south concrete crack in the slab just inside the bathroom doorway. An east/west crack was noted in the concrete slab of the bathroom. A hairline crack was noted in the northeast corner beneath the north most bathroom window. A minor hairline wall crack was noted on the west side of the toilet. Master Bedroom- A minor concrete slab crack was noted extending from the fireplace southwest toward the bed. An additional north/west crack extends from this crack toward the closet on the north wall. A minor concrete slab crack was noted extending from the corner near the south entrance to northeast toward the center of the room before splitting into an east/west crack that runs to the retaining wall on the east side and toward the wall on the west side. The east extension of this crack ran through the retaining wall. A minor vertical stucco crack was noted in the southwest corner of the room. A minor vertical stucco crack was noted on the west wall just south of the closet. A minor stucco crack was noted extending north/south under the windows on the east side of the room. Garage- A minor hairline crack was noted in the east garage bay extending north/south near the north entrance of the east garage bay. Another hairline crack was noted under the west most vehicle parked in the east garage bay. This crack extended from the expansion joint between the vehicles to the west.
