A hairline crack was noted just north of the bottom portion of the east window to the east of the north entrance. A hairline vertical crack was noted in the corner of the wall just south of the garage entrance door. An east/west crack in the stamped concrete slab was noted at the bottom of the doorway into the main house from the entrance hallway. Main house (North)- A hairline cracked was noted extending through the stucco behind the light switch to the east of the entrance door to the north entrance hallway. This crack extended toward the floor approximately 30 inches and toward the east windows approximately 18 inches. A minor surface crack in the concrete slab was noted extending from the northeast corner of the north kitchen wall northeast to the retaining wall on the east. A hairline stucco crack was noted in the extreme northeast corner on the northeast wall under the northern most window. Dining area- A hairline crack was noted in the stamped concrete extending from the retaining wall east of the kitchen approximately 30 inches toward the southwest. Minor hairline cracks were noted in the stucco beneath windows on the east side under the windows to the north of the second retaining wall to the south of the northeast corner. East entrance- A minor crack was noted above and through the light switch to the north of the east entrance. A minor concrete crack was noted extending north/south between retaining walls approximately four feet west of the east entrance. Minor efflorescence was noted under the south corner of the window just north of the east entrance. Similar efflorescence was noted around the bottom north corner of the window just south of the east entrance. Minor hairline cracking in the stucco was also exhibited in this area. Main house (East) - The retaining wall to the south of the east entrance exhibited a minor crack extending to the concrete slab. Additionally a minor crack in the concrete slab beneath the previous crack was noted extending west to the expansion joint on the east side of the sitting room. A minor retaining wall crack was noted through the retaining wall on the east side of the residence above the east/west expansion crack. Minor stucco cracking was noted on the stucco pillar located to the west of the previously mentioned retaining wall crack.
