• • Residence Exterior Vertical stucco crack repair was evident on the northeast corner of the top of the garage. Minor cracks in the retaining walls on the east side are documented in detail on the DVD. A minor vertical stucco crack was visible above the upper west side of the north hallway entrance on the upper east wall of the garage. Minor stucco spalling and cracking was visible on the upper north side of the east entrance. A major stucco crack was noted near the bottom north corner of the window just south of the east entrance. Cracked stone tiles were noted below the east side of the stovepipe emerging from the master bedroom. Similar cracked tiles were also visible on the north side of the window from the previously mentioned cracked tiles. Minor stair step cracking was noted on the east side of the retaining wall adjacent to the south entrance. Cracking and spalling of the top of the retaining wall south of the south entrance was visible during the exterior inspection. A east/west stucco crack was noted on the upper south garage wall near the earth/wall junction. A vertical stucco crack was noted on the top of the southwest corner of the garage. A similar vertical crack was noted approximately 20 feet east on the same wall as the previously mentioned crack. A minor vertical stucco crack was noted on the top of the west garage wall just south of the northwest corner of the garage. A minor concrete slab crack was noted at the entrance of the large west garage bay door approximately in the middle of the doorway. A previously repaired vertical stucco crack was visible near the top of the north garage wall between the garage doors. Another previously repaired vertical stucco crack was visible above the west corner of the east garage bay door. Finally, a minor north/south concrete slab crack was visible at the garage entrance on the east end of the east garage bay. Please refer to the DVD for additional documentation.
