However, they have not <br />committed to addressing this adequacy issue in a TR or AM. Please provide a written <br />commitment to resolve this adequacy issue via the TR or AM process. The revised side <br />slopes and velocity for this adequacy issue presented in the subject response letter shall <br />be included in the revised future submittals. <br />Response to Adequacy Issue No. 10. <br />Wildcat will add the following work plan after the second bullet in the Chief <br />Operational Area at Page 7 of Exhibit 6.5, and will substitute this language for the two <br />paragraphs in the "Chief Drainage Channel Design" section at Page 4 of Attachment D- <br />4: <br />DEN 97,629,168v1 10 -11 -11 <br />• Wildcat proposes to obtain geotechnical and geologic <br />engineering data and to prepare a design for the Chief <br />Drainage Channel. Specifically, Wildcat will perform the <br />following: <br />o Obtain survey data for the entire area impacted by mine <br />debris. <br />o An engineering geologist will perform a detailed <br />evaluation of the site including reviewing existing survey <br />data, geologic data and a detailed site reconnaissance to <br />develop a strategy for design of the reclaimed Chief <br />Drainage Channel. <br />o Prepare revised Chief Drainage Channel design to modify <br />Exhibit 6.5 and Attachment D -4, showing removal of all <br />historic mine debris from the Channel, and submit to <br />DRMS for review and approval through the Technical <br />Revision or Amendment process. <br />o Upon approval, implement revised Chief Drainage <br />Channel work plan. <br />o After completing reclamation of Chief Drainage Channel, <br />drill test borings to 20 feet or refusal at locations <br />identified by an engineer /geologist during a site visit.
