See Ex. 7. <br />Adequacy Issue No. 14. <br />The applicant has committed to resolving this adequacy issue. However, they have not <br />committed to addressing this adequacy issue in a TR or AM. Please provide a written <br />commitment to resolve this work plan adequacy issue via the TR or AM process. The 10 <br />bulleted responses to this adequacy issue presented in the subject response letter shall be <br />included in the revised Work Plan. <br />a. The first open bullet references Figure 6.5 -1 for six test boring locations. The <br />correct reference is Figure 6.5 -4. <br />b. The last line of this response indicates the applicant will delete the first sentence in <br />the second to last paragraph on page 8 of Exhibit 6.5 due to an erroneous reference <br />to slopes steeper than 1:1. The last sentence of this same paragraph also discusses <br />1:1 slopes and shall also be deleted. <br />Response to Adequacy Issue No. 14. <br />Wildcat will include the 10 bulleted responses to this adequacy issue in <br />Attachment D -6 as explained in its Response to Adequacy Issue No. 14, August 22, <br />2011 Cazier Memorandum. <br />Response to Adequacy Issue No. 14.a. <br />Wildcat will correct this reference to Figure 6.5 -4. <br />Response to Adequacy Issue No. 14.b. <br />Wildcat will delete the last sentence in the second to last paragraph on page 8 of <br />Exhibit 6.5. <br />Adequacy Issue No. 15. <br />The applicant has committed to resolving this adequacy issue.
