Erickson <br />Response to September 27, 2011 Cazier Memorandum <br />October 11, 2011 <br />Page 5 <br />design in Attachment D -3 through the Technical Revision or Amendment process. <br />Wildcat will add a bullet following this third bullet, as follows: "In the event the results <br />of construction material testing requires any modification to the design in Attachment D- <br />3, Wildcat will submit such design modifications through the Technical Revision or <br />Amendment process." <br />Adequacy Issue No. 8. <br />The applicant has committed to resolving this adequacy issue. However, they have not <br />committed to addressing this adequacy issue in a TR or AM. Please provide a written <br />commitment to resolve this work plan adequacy issue via the TR or AM process. The <br />bulleted response to this adequacy issue presented in the subject response letter shall be <br />included in the revised Work Plan. <br />Response to Adequacy Issue No. 8. <br />Wildcat has committed supra in its Responses to Adequacy Issue Nos. 5 and 6 <br />to submit any modifications to the design in Attachment D -3 through the Technical <br />Revision or Amendment process. Wildcat will add a bullet to this section as follows: "In <br />the event the results the observation of culvert installation or riprap placement requires <br />any modification to the design in Attachment D -3, Wildcat will submit such design <br />modifications through the Technical Revision or Amendment process." <br />Adequacy Issue No. 9. <br />The applicant has committed to resolving this adequacy issue. However, they have not <br />committed to addressing this adequacy issue in a TR or AM. Please provide a written <br />commitment to resolve this work plan adequacy issue via the TR or AM process. The <br />response to this adequacy issue presented in the subject response letter shall be included <br />in the revised Work Plan. <br />Response to Adequacy Issue No. 9. <br />The "Reporting" section at Page 6 of Attachment D -3 speaks to a geotechnical <br />engineer recommending corrective action repairs in daily reports. Wildcat will add a <br />sentence to the "Documentation" section at Page 5 -6 of Attachment D -3 explaining that <br />any corrective action design will be submitted to DRMS for review and approval <br />through the Technical Revision or Amendment process. The remainder of "Reporting" <br />section at Page 6 of Attachment D -3 deals with providing as -built drawings to DRMS <br />after completion of the Attachment D -3 work plan.
