This has not been corrected on the revised drawing (Attachment D -3, Figure D -1 <br />(dated 9/7/2011). The profile still does not show cover over the culvert, nor does <br />the profile indicate there are two culverts. Please revise the ditch profile to show the <br />cover thickness over the culvert(s), provide consistency between the plan and profile <br />as to whether one or two culverts are intended. <br />b. See supra Comment to Adequacy Issue No. 10a. <br />c. Based on the new drawing submittal, Attachment D -3, Figure D -1 and Table U -6 <br />are now consistent with respect to the bottom width of the proposed channel. <br />d.
