Erickson <br />Response to September 27, 2011 Cazier Memorandum <br />October 11, 2011 <br />Page 4 <br />• Perform engineering and geologic evaluations to develop conclusions and <br />recommendations regarding the following: <br />o Criteria for the design of riprap as specified in work plans and the <br />Storm Water Management Plan. <br />• Submit a technical memorandum with updated analysis and any modified <br />design for the New Access Road or for riprap specified in work plans or in <br />the Stormwater Management Plan (Exhibit U, Attachment U -3), as <br />necessary, to DRMS through either the Technical Revision or Amendment <br />process, as appropriate. <br />• After obtaining DRMS approval through the Technical Revision or <br />Amendment process, proceed with remainder of work plan. <br />Adequacy Issue No. 6. <br />The applicant has committed to resolving this adequacy issue. However, they have not <br />committed to addressing this adequacy issue in a TR or AM. Please provide a written <br />commitment to resolve this work plan adequacy issue via the TR or AM process. The <br />response to this adequacy issue presented in the subject response letter shall be included <br />in the revised Work Plan. <br />Response to Adequacy Issue No. 6. <br />Wildcat will add a bullet to the "Road Drainage Control" section at Page 3 of <br />Attachment D -3, as follows: "In the event DRMS requests modifications to the culvert <br />design submitted by Wildcat, Wildcat will submit any such modifications for DRMS <br />review and approval through the Technical Revision or Amendment process." <br />Adequacy Issue No. 7. <br />The applicant has committed to resolving this adequacy issue. However, they have not <br />committed to addressing this adequacy issue in a TR or AM. Please provide a written <br />commitment to resolve this work plan adequacy issue via the TR or AM process. <br />Responses 7a, 7b and 7c to this adequacy issue presented in the subject response letter <br />shall be included in the revised Work Plan. <br />Response to Adequacy Issue No. 7. <br />Wildcat delete the second and fourth bullet at in the "Quality Assurance" <br />section at Page 5 of Attachment D -3. The third bullet in this section relates to testing to <br />confirm construction materials conform to specifications.
