Location of stream sites may be <br />found on the General Location Map provided in Item 11. Grassy Creek sites (for Outfalls <br />010 and 011) are SSG1, SSG2 and YSGF5. The Fish Creek site (for 008) is SSF11. Dry <br />Creek sites (for 005, 006, 016 and 017) are WSH7, WSHF1 and WSD5. WSH7 and <br />WSHF1 are actually located on Hubberson Gulch, a tributary of Dry Creek. The Sage <br />Creek site (for 009 and 015) is WSSF3. Sage Creek sites (for 012, 013, and 014) are <br />YSSF3 and YSS2. Flow statistics for both outfalls and receiving streams have been <br />provided in Attachment A. <br />32: Below is a table indicating the bulk storage located at the facilities area at the Seneca <br />II -W Mine. It is Seneca' understanding that a Material Containment Plan is no longer <br />required for CDPS permits.
