Flow values provided on the application form are for the past
five years. All discharges occur automatically.
22 to 25: See application form. Please note that the lat's and long's have been corrected
from previous renewals.
26: These analytical data are provided in Item 31.
27: These materials are not used or believed to be present by SCC.
28: WET test data have been provided to the Division in the quarterly DMRs. Outfalls are
labeled WTC (005), WTD (006), WTE (008), WTF (010), WTG (011), WTH (composite
of 012, 013 and 014) and WTI (composite of 016 and 017).
29 and 30: With the exception of those chemical parameters provided in Item 31, these
materials are not used or believed to be present by SCC.
31: Due to the voluminous nature of the data requested, statistical summaries, rather than
individual analyses, are provided in Attachment B. For each site, a summary of all data
for the past five years is provided. On these summaries, outfalls are named NPDES (e.g.,
Outfall 005 is named NPDES5). The time frame for each summary is found at the
bottom of the page. The term "censored data" found on these summaries refers to
concentrations that are below the detection limits, and are therefore censored from the
statistical analyses. The chemical parameters provided in Appendix B are those required
