4.0 Professional Qualification <br />Statements for key Linc <br />Energy Personnel cont. <br />Gregory Perkins — General Manager UCG, Brisbane, Australia <br />Gregory holds a PhD from the University of New South Wales in material science & chemical <br />engineering and works at the Brisbane corporate office. His previous work has focused on <br />multi -phase flow, chemical engineering and process development, reactor optimization, <br />modeling and design of gasification units, and in particular gasification of natural gas, heavy oil <br />and coal. Gregory has worked extensively with Linc Energy's underground coal gasification <br />technology and gas to liquids technology (GTL). Gregory will serve on a consulting basis for <br />the Little Snake River project. <br />Ken Savko - Hydrogeologist, Linc Energy, Wyoming <br />" IC <br />EDERGY <br />Ken is highly experienced in the discipline of hydrogeology and will provide expert advice <br />pertaining to the hydrological regime and monitoring well construction and groundwater <br />monitoring. He works at the field office in Casper and works with various other hydrologists, <br />including Sterling Howell, in the Powder River Basin. <br />Mike Hawks — Senior Geologist, Linc Energy, Wyoming <br />Mike is experienced in all phases of exploration and will provide valuable input and technical <br />expertise for the project. He currently oversees exploration activity within the Powder River <br />Basin and is located in the Casper field office. Mike also provides geologic expertise for the <br />pilot UCG project near Wright, Wyoming. <br />Paul Ludwig — General Manager, Corporate Communications, Linc Energy Operations, Inc. <br />Paul works in the Denver office and is in charge of communications and stakeholders relations. <br />His group will be involved with communities within the Little Snake River region as well as being <br />involved with regulatory agencies and government relations. <br />V <br />12 <br />
