4.0 Professional Qualification <br />Statements for key Linc <br />Energy Personnel <br />L1 I1C <br />EDERGY <br />Alex Papp — Exploration Manager, Linc Energy Operations, Inc. <br />Alex is a Certified Professional Geologist with over 30 years of experience in the coal mining <br />industry. Alex was based almost exclusively in Colorado where he worked for ARCO Coal <br />Company, Marston, Inc. and Coalgeo, LLC. Alex conducted large exploration programs in <br />Moffat County for Colowyo Coal Company and Trapper Mine, and in 2003 he coauthored a <br />Colorado Geological Survey publication entitled Available Coal Resources of the Williams Fork <br />Formation in the Yampa Coal Field, Routt and Moffat Counties, Colorado. Alex will likely lead <br />the exploration efforts within the Little Snake River Concession. <br />Brian Deurloo — General Manager, Linc Energy Operations, Wyoming <br />Brian is a mining engineering graduate of the Colorado School of Mines and currently manages <br />the coal division office in Casper, Wyoming. He leads the underground coal gasification project <br />in the PRB and has worked in the Australian offices of Linc Energy where he was involved in <br />UCG pilot operations at Chinchilla. He has also worked for various energy companies where <br />he developed diverse skill sets. He will provide expert UCG input and direction for the Little <br />Snake River Project. <br />Don Schofield — President, Linc Energy Operations, Inc. <br />Don is president of Linc Energy Operations, Inc., headquartered in Denver and manages all <br />activities related to energy commodities within the United States. He holds a Masters degree in <br />geology and has an extensive and diverse background in management, marketing, energy <br />technology and exploration. Don was involved with the Pilot Butte UCG test near Rawlins, <br />Wyoming in the early 1980s and once headed Linc Energy's UCG efforts at the Australian <br />corporate office in Brisbane. Don will provide direction for this project. <br />11 <br />
