4.0 Professional Qualification <br />Statements for key Linc <br />Energy Personnel cont. <br />LIflC <br />EI1ERGY <br />Phyllis Kajiwara — Land Administrator, Linc Energy Operations, Inc. <br />Phyllis is highly experienced with issues related to land and will administer the land associated <br />with the exploration permit, surface lands, grazing leases, and subsurface commodities <br />ownerships. <br />Ray Bradish — Manager Safety & Health, Linc Energy Operations, Inc. <br />Ray is in charge of the Health and Safety for the Linc Energy here in the US and will be tasked <br />to oversee the safety and health of those involved at the Little Snake River project. He will <br />assure that safety policies are abided by contractors and Linc Energy employees. <br />Steven Kempe — GIS Technician, Linc Energy Operations, Inc. <br />Steve works in the Denver office and will provide GIS support at the Denver office. He has <br />extensive experience with GIS projects and has worked for Anadarko in Colorado for several <br />years. He has initiated a GIS project and will provide all our mapping requirements for the Little <br />Snake River project. <br />Steve Van Ootegham — Manager Environmental, Linc Energy Operations, Inc. <br />Steve will provide oversight on all matters related to environmental issues associated with the <br />Little Snake River project.
