Wildcat will intercept the upgradient drainage at May Day No. 1 which is in
excess of 2 acres. See Attachment 3 (Attachment D -2, Figure D -2). The CDOT Type
C inlet to be installed is based on Standard Plan No. M- 604 -10. The inlet will be
installed in the drainage bottom located above the May Day No. 1 adit. Drainage ditches
will not be constructed parallel to the highwall because of the steep slope and limited
drainage above the considered structure.
Response to Adequacy Issue No. 3.b.
Wildcat is submitting a revised Attachment D -2, Figure D -2, Stormwater Control
Plan, modifying the grading plan to demonstrate the south diversion ditch will flow
down hill. See Attachment 3.

Page 2, Management. The second bullet attempts to ensure DRMS direct supervision
will be provided. This statement shall be revised to something similar to that stated in
Attachment D -4, "Coordinate schedules with DRMS, and offer its representatives the
opportunity to inspect construction work activities ".
