Please commit to moisture conditioning and compacting all fill material to <br />95 percent relative compaction per ASTM D1557 -09. <br />Response to Adequacy Issue No. 17. <br />Wildcat will commit to moisture conditioning and compacting all fill material to <br />95 percent relative compaction per ASTM D1557 -09. <br />Adequacy Issue No. 18. <br />In the Construction Specifications section of the Work Plan the Applicant states slopes <br />steeper than 1.5(11):1(V) will be constructed as outlined (with reinforcement) in the <br />attached design (CLC). The CLC designs indicated slopes at, not steeper than <br />1.5(H):1(V) will be reinforced with Gabion structures.
