SECTION 01330 <br />SUBMITTALS <br />PART 1 - GENERAL <br />1.1 SECTION INCLUDES <br />A. This section covers submittal requirements and required submittals. <br />1.2 RELATED SECTIONS <br />A. Section 01450: Quality Assurance /Quality Control <br />1.3 SUBMITTALS <br />A. Before the use or installation of any item specified as requiring submittal, <br />submit to the Project Manager the data required as outlined in the <br />Specifications for that item. The Project Manager will be responsible for <br />distribution of the submittal to the appropriate parties for review, <br />comment, and approval. <br />B. The Project Manager will have a maximum of ten (10) calendar days to <br />review and return the submittal approved, approved with comments, <br />disapproved, or provide comments, except for those submittals noted <br />below, starting from the date the submittal is received by Rio Grande <br />Silver to the date the submittal is returned (by mail /fax/email) to the <br />Contractor. <br />C. Submittals are required on the items as listed individually in each Section <br />of the Specifications. The description of the submittal data is defined in <br />the Specifications. Table 1 in this section is a list of required submittals. <br />The Contractor is required to make all submittals required by the <br />Specifications even if not listed in Table 1. <br />D. Do not perform work related to shop Drawings or samples before <br />obtaining the required approvals of shop Drawings or samples from the <br />Project Manager.. <br />1.4 SAMPLES <br />A. Submit in duplicate. <br />B. Submit samples with shop Drawings when both are required. <br />A.
