B. Products and processes /included in the Specifications shall conform to <br />the manufacturer's latest published Specifications, as of the date <br />established for receipt of bids. <br />C. Provide sworn affidavits from Manufacturers certifying that material, <br />products, and processes delivered and used on the project meet the <br />specified requirements. Affidavits shall not relieve the Contractor from <br />responsibility for full compliance with the requirements of the <br />Specifications. <br />1.5 ENVIRONMENTAL PROTECTION <br />A. Prevent, abate, and control all environmental pollution arising from <br />construction activities by complying with all applicable Federal, State, and <br />local laws and regulations concerning environmental pollution control and <br />abatement. <br />1.6 COORDINATION <br />A. Coordinate work so that other Rio Grande Silver operations are not <br />restricted or otherwise adversely impacted. <br />1.7 PROTECTION <br />A. The Contractor shall protect and carefully perform all work around <br />existing buildings, equipment, and vegetation. <br />B. Any damage as a result of the Contractor's actions shall be repaired by <br />the Contractor or the Contractor's agent at no cost to Rio Grande Silver. <br />1.8 PERMITS <br />A.
