4. A copy of the geosynthetic roll QC Certificates. These certificates <br />shall be supplied at a minimum frequency of one (1) per every <br />25,000 square feet of geosynthetic material produced. These <br />certificates shall be issued only for the individual geosynthetic rolls <br />sampled and tested by the Manufacturer or its representative. The <br />certificates will contain test results of properties outlined in <br />Article 2.01 of this section. The Project Manager reserves the right <br />to refuse. use of any geosynthetic supplied without the proper QC <br />documentation at no cost to Rio Grande Silver. <br />5. A detailed list of performance criteria for the geosynthetic material <br />being produced for this project. (Note: Performance criteria are <br />sometimes referred to as "minimum property values." Refer to <br />Section 2.1 for geosynthetic properties and Test Methods.) <br />6. Resume from the Installer of the Installation Superintendent, Master <br />Seamer, and QC Inspector to be assigned to the work, including <br />dates and duration of employment. <br />7. Certification from the Installer that both the Installation Supervisor, <br />QC Inspector, and Master Seamer have reviewed the <br />Specifications, CQA Plan, and the Drawings. <br />8. A panel layout drawing showing the proposed installation layout <br />identifying field seams and including areas such as sumps, <br />trenches and pipe penetrations as well as any variance or additional <br />details that deviate from the Drawings. The layout shall be <br />adequate for use as a construction plan and shall include <br />dimensions, details, etc. Any proposed variance or deviation from <br />these documents shall be submitted to Project Manager in writing a <br />minimum of seven (7) working days prior to the scheduled start of <br />geosynthetic installation and will be accepted /rejected by Design <br />Engineer prior to start of installation. <br />9. All geosynthetic QC Certificates required by these Specifications. <br />10. Certification that extrudate to be used is comprised of the same <br />resin as the geosynthetic to be used. <br />C. Submittals by Contractor to Project Manager during the course of the work. <br />1. Daily reports detailing arrival and departure times, the personnel <br />present on -site, the progress of the work, the arrival of materials, <br />daily square footage deployed and seamed, daily square meterage <br />of geosynthetic approved by the CQA Monitor and any problems <br />encountered. <br />2.
