Where these Specifications differ from the requirements of ASTM, the <br />more stringent requirement shall apply. <br />1.4 SUBMITTALS <br />A. Submit in accordance with Section 01330: Submittals. <br />B. Contractor shall provide the following information relating to the <br />geosynthetic Manufacturer and Installer with its proposal. <br />1. Information from the Manufacturer including company name, <br />address, telephone number, the names of the company president <br />and QC Project Manager, and narrative of the company history. <br />2. Information from the Manufacturer on factory size, equipment, <br />personnel, number of shifts per day, and capacity per shift. <br />3. QC Manuals from the Manufacturer and Installer for the installation <br />and testing of the geosynthetic, including trial seams, seaming, <br />nondestructive testing, destructive testing procedures, repair <br />procedures and in -field QC forms. Upon review of the QC Manuals, <br />Project Manager may request additional testing during the <br />manufacturing process at no additional cost to Rio Grande Silver. <br />4. Installation capabilities of the Installer. <br />5. Information on equipment and personnel from the Installer. <br />Contractor shall provide the following information for approval after contract <br />award but prior fo shipping geosynthetic to the site; approval is required <br />prior to shipping: <br />1. A copy of each of the QC Certificates on each lot of resin issued by <br />the resin Supplier for the specific material for this project including <br />certification of the resin for extrusion welding. <br />2. The results of QC testing conducted by the Manufacturer on the <br />resin used in manufacturing the specific material for this project. <br />3.
