ERICH RALIBER,P.E. <br />6.4.4(a) Description of the method(s) of mining to be employed in each stage of the <br />operation as related to any surface disturbance on affected lands <br />Mining activities are planned to be conducted in the following phases and in accordance with the <br />Joint Stipulations and Rule 6.4.21(9) and 6.4.21(11) as proposed below: <br />When the mine permit is approved, Wildcat Mining Corporation (Wildcat) will immediately <br />initiate the following activities: <br />1. Install storm water management structures identified in exhibits and work <br />plans; <br />2. Initiate approved DRMS work plans and implementing the Environmental <br />Protection Plan ("EPP") (Exhibit U; Figure D -1; Attachment D -2, Figure 1; <br />and, Attachment D -1, Figure C6.10); <br />3. Mobilize a drill rig to complete the two monitoring wells and a production <br />well illustrated in Exhibit G -1; <br />4. Perform maintenance on pre- existing access roads; and <br />5. Take corrective measures as necessary to comply with enforcement actions <br />issued by others agencies, with written approval from the Division. <br />Wildcat will perform all activities in accordance with all applicable MSHA regulations and <br />state permit requirements. <br />
