LIGHTING:
There is to be no extra lighting for the asphalt plant and the only lighting will
remain as approved for the concrete batch plant. Operations of the asphalt
plant will be under the same operating time frame as the concrete batch
plant.
TEMPORARY APSHALT SITE LOCATION RECLAIMATION:
As required for the CUP for the concrete batch plant, Best Management
Practices (BMP's) are in place for any and all reclamation performed on the
subject parcel. Once removed, the project site for any temporary asphalt
plant will be addressed according to these existing requirements.
WATER AUGMENTATION NEEDS:
Augmentation water has been obtained and approved for the current uses,
through the Headwater Authority of the South Platte (HASP). A copy of the
share certificate is contained in this report. Mr. Allen states that no water is
required for the operation of the temporary asphalt batch plant. Therefore,
no additional water supplies are necessary to approve this CUP request.
The current well is metered, and the precise amount of water diverted has
been accounted for. This is a requirement by HASP.
WIND SPEED / DIRECTION:
The prevailing winds blow from North to the East, at speeds between 0 —
100 miles per hour.
