EXISTING STRUCTURE:
The concrete batch plan is a temporary structure. It will only last as long as
the concrete batch plant is operational. Once the parcel has reached its
total economic life, this structure will be removed, as required.
SUMMARY:
Mr. Allen respectfully request approval for his application for a conditional
use permit for a temporary asphalt plant, to be located on his property. He
has proven with his activities on the subject parcel to operate his facility in
a first rate manner. He has shown his commitment to the surrounding
community members to follow through with his promises on the 2006 CUP
process. He has shown his willingness to make his property a model for
other like uses.
We expect these neighbors to ask questions, and have valid concerns. We
are available to address their concerns. Mr. Allen only wants to help
improve our county community, and he believes that this new use will .
provide an opportunity for economic activity.
