A map depicting the <br />location of the headgate is attached as Exhibit 1. <br />Decreed source of water: Surface flows in the Gunnison River <br />vi) Amount: 3.00 c.f.s. absolute <br />vii) Appropriation date: January 1, 1940 <br />viii) Decreed use or uses: Irrigation <br />B. Amount of water to be changed: The Wadlow Pumping Plant has been <br />used historically to irrigate 80 acres. Applicant will remove 77 of those <br />acres from irrigation, resulting in historic consumptive use credits equal to <br />2.89 c.fs. A map depicting the historically irrigated acreage, as well as the <br />acreage to be removed from irrigation is attached as Exhibit 2. A table <br />attached as Exhibit 7 sets out the historic consumptive use associated with <br />the Wadlow Pumping Plant. <br />C. Detailed description of change: Historic consumptive use credits from the <br />dry up of 77 acres under the Wadlow Pumping Plan equates to 2.89 c.f.s., <br />or 73,56 a.f. annually. A table setting out the monthly historic <br />consumptive use figures for the Wadlow Pumping Plant for the full 80 <br />acres is attached as Exhibit 8. The average monthly historic consumptive <br />use of the Wadlow Pumping Plant associated with the 77 acres to be <br />removed from irrigation is as follows: <br />i) Applicants request to change 2.89 c.f.s. (73.56 a.f. annually) under <br />the Wadlow Pumping Plant from irrigation to augmentation to <br />support the plan for augmentation requested in paragraph 6, below. <br />The remaining three acres of historically irrigated land owned by <br />co- applicant McCurter will continue to be irrigated. <br />
