Response to CN-01 Third Adequacy Issues -June 6, 2011 <br />Response #8 <br />Wildcat Mining is submitting a revised Figure SWMP 2 addressing these issues The <br />revised Figure SWMP-2 is compliant with Rule 6.2.1(2)- A cony of the revised SWMP 2 is <br />provided within Attachment D to this response <br />Adequacy Issue #9 <br />The application for the amended CN-0 1 included the following reclamation maps: <br />• Figure F-1, May Day No. 1 Post Mine Topography <br />• Figure F-3, May Day No. 2 Post Mine Topography <br />• Figure F-4, Pay Day and Idaho Mill Post Mine Topography <br />• Figure F-4A, Pay Day and Idaho Mill Post Mine Topography Ore Stockpile <br />• Figure F-4, May Day No. 3 Post Mine Topography <br />• Figure F-5a, Chief Portal Post Mine Topography <br />The six reclamation maps submitted with the amended application address approximately 41 % of <br />the area addressed by the reclamation plan. Approximately 59% of the area addressed by the <br />reclamation plan is not supported by reclamation maps. Please provide reclamation maps, which <br />satisfy the requirements of Rules 6.2.1(2) and 6.4.6, for the following affected lands: <br />• May Day 1 East - 0.5 acres <br />• Augmentation Pipeline Corridor - 0.4 acres <br />• La Plata Bridge - 0.1 acres <br />• Staging Yard - 1.0 acres <br />• Exploration Roads and Exploration Drill Pads - 15.8 acres <br />• Pre-existing Roads - 9.5 acres <br />• New Access Road - 1.8 acres <br />Response #9 <br />Wildcat Mining is submitting revised maps addressing these issues and complying with <br />Rule 6.2.1(2) and 6.4.6.
