Response to CN-01 Third Adequacy Issues - June 6, 2011 <br />• May Day No. 3 (Figure F-5); and, <br />• Chief Portal Post Mine Topography (Figure F-5a) <br />Other reclaimed areas: <br />• May Day No. 1 East (0.5 acres) will be reclaimed as presented on Figure F-2 of the <br />original Application. See Application CN-01 (Sept 29, 2010) (May Day No 1 <br />Extension Run Of Mine Rock Disposal Reclamation); <br />• Augmentation Pipeline Corridor (0.4 acres) will be reclaimed as presented on <br />revised Figure F-4 (Pay Dav and Idaho Mill Site Post Mine Topography) See <br />Attachment C• <br />• La Plata River Bridge will be removed (01 acre); <br />• The base of operation (1 acre staging area) reclamation plan is presented with the <br />Road Design drawings. See Attachment E (Access Road Final Reclamation <br />Topography); <br />• The Idaho mill site (3.1 acres) will be reclaimed as presented on revised Figure F-4 <br />ay Day and Idaho Mill Site Post Mine Topography) See Attachment C; <br />• The Pay Day mill site (5.1 acres) will be reclaimed as presented on revised Figure F- <br />4 (Pay Day and Idaho Mill Site Post Mine Topography) See Attachment C; <br />• With regard to exploration roads and exploration drill pads, Wildcat Mining has <br />committed to using pre-existing roads for exploration, to the extent possible See <br />Attachment C, Figure C-3 (Topography) Wildcat Mining anticipates the use of <br />such pre-existing roads will not require substantial upgrades to the roads As a <br />result, Wildcat Mining plans to leave the pre-existing roads used for exploration in <br />their current configuration. In the event Wildcat Mining must construct any new <br />exploration roads, such roads shall be considered temporary roads Wildcat Mining <br />commits to submitting an appropriate reclamation plan and associated maps for <br />any such new exploration roads once the location for any such road is selected and <br />appropriate survey data is collected Similarly Wildcat Mining commits to <br />submitting an appropriate reclamation plan and associated maps for any <br />exploration drill pads once the location for any such exploration drill pads is <br />selected and appropriate survey data is collected <br />With regard to pre-existing roads, Wildcat Mining considers such roads to be <br />temporary roads anticipates the use of such pre-existing roads will not require <br />substantial upgrades to the roads As a result, Wildcat Mining plans to leave the <br />pre-existing roads in their current configuration In the event Wildcat Mining's use <br />of any pre-existing road will require substantial upgrades, Wildcat Mining commits <br />to submitting an appropriate reclamation plan and associated maps for any such <br />road once the nature of the upgrade is determined and appropriate survey data is <br />collected.
