All three were excavated between 8 ft and 10 ft deep through clayey overburden down to sandy/gravel stratum. Ground water results as recorded from ground surface: 39+50: - 8 ft 60+00: - 6.5 ft 70+00: -9 ft 2. 1230 to 1400 hrs, Compass places mats and grades working platform due to soft area due to irrigation ditch. 3. Performed quality control testing on slurry and backfill. GS observed backfill and excavation operations. Other tests performed yielded results in general accordance with project specifications.
