d. Site Project Plans Sheet 4: 1. Per the County Code, all driveways shall have a top grade level
at least eight inches lower than the county roadway shoulder at a point 15 feet back from the
roadway shoulder. Profile needs to be revised.

be forwarded to the County Attorney for review. The slope / drainage easement shall include the

Improvements Agreement (DIA) shall be executed with the County for public improvements and
