UA - Onshore Gas Number: CO-HSE-032 <br /> HSE Procedure Custodian: Colorado Operations <br /> Spill Prevention, Control and Revision: 0 <br /> Countermeasure (SPCC) Plan Effective: January 2012 <br />17.2 Above Ground Valves and Flowline Examination, Continued <br />• Inspections will be conducted during operating personnel rounds. <br />• Above ground valves and flowlines will be examined (monthly at a minimum) for the general <br />condition of items such as: <br />o flange joints <br />o valve glands and bodies <br />o drip pans <br />o pipe supports <br />o bleeder and gauge valves <br />• Records of these examinations (i.e. discrepancies) will be maintained on file at the Bar D <br />Project office for a minimum period of five (5) years or until East RDD operations cease. <br />17.3 Inspections, Evaluations and Records <br />Facility inspection and record keeping requirements are detailed throughout the pertinent <br />sections of this Plan. Generally, the Facility Owner has developed and documented the <br />following: <br />• Periodic (e.g. Daily, Monthly, Annual) Inspection Procedures <br />• Flowline inspection program <br />• Containment area drainage inspection program <br />• Record keeping system, including all related procedures, records of inspections and training, <br />results from integrity and leak testing, etc, which are to be maintained / logged electronically <br />or any other format for a minimum period of five (5) years. <br />Additionally, when results of inspection of any field-constructed above ground container of oil <br />products suggest the need for repair, alteration, reconstruction or change in service that might <br />affect the risk of discharge, a brittle fracture evaluation is to be conducted. <br />See Sub-Section 7.1 for a further description of inspection, evaluation and records. <br />Printed: April 7, 2011 Section 17 Page 50 of 71 <br />The controlled version of this "controlling document" resides online in Livelink®.
