UA - Onshore Gas Number: CO-HSE-032 <br /> HSE Procedure Custodian: Colorado Operations <br /> Spill Prevention, Control and Revision: 0 <br /> Countermeasure (SPCC) Plan Effective: January 2012 <br />17.0 INSPECTIONS, TESTS and RECORDS <br />17.1 Bulk Storage Tank Inspection Program <br />Bulk storage tanks at the East RDD site for produced water or oil will be inspected in the <br />following manner: <br />The storage tanks will be inspected at least annually by Facility personnel. Inspection records <br />will be retained on file at the Facility for a minimum period of five (5) years. The annual <br />inspection will consist of a detailed review of the following: <br />• Appurtenances <br />• Dikes <br />• Foundation <br />• Paint (If applicable) <br />• Structure. <br />External visual inspection for signs of deterioration, leaks and accumulation of oil inside the <br />containment areas will be made during operating personnel rounds with an equipment checklist <br />which will include tank installations. <br />The schedule and records of examinations (i.e. discrepancies) will be maintained on file at the <br />Bar D Administration Office for a minimum period of five years or until production testing <br />operations cease. <br />17.2 Above Ground Valves and Flowline Examination <br />All above ground valves, flowlines and associated facilities for managing produced water or oil <br />will be examined by operating personnel in the following manner: <br />• See sub-Section 7.1 for further description of examination and testing activities. <br />.
