The maps of the application have been reduced to fit <br />8.5 inch by 11 inch paper or 11 inch by 17 inch paper. Please submit the full <br />sized maps or otherwise ensure such maps are of appropriate scale. Please ensure all <br />maps of the amended application for CN-01 are compliant with the general map <br />requirements of Rule 6.2.1(2). <br />5. The details of Figure C-4, Total Operational Area, are not legible due to the <br />.inappropriate scale (1 inch= 1,000 feet) resulting from reduction of the map. Figure C-4 <br />fails to include all affected lands within the permit boundary and boundary of affected <br />lands. The color and pattern of line used to delineate the affected land boundary and <br />the permit boundary are sufficiently similar to confuse the two boundaries. Figure C-4 <br />labels two augmentation ponds, one of which appears to be located outside the <br />boundary of affected lands. Figure C-4 inappropriately locates the mill facility at the <br />Idaho rather than at the May Day 1 level. Figure C-4 identifies two areas labeled, <br />"Construction Lay Down Area," both of which appear to be located outside the <br />boundary of affected lands. Application documents indicate the Augmentation Pipeline <br />Corridor is shown on Figure C-4 (Attachment D, Exhibit A, Legal Description, page 3). <br />However, there is no such pipeline or corridor indicated on Figure C-4. Please submit a <br />new Figure C-4, which corrects these inadequacies.
