Please see the attached page. <br />7. Please specify the point at which the subsurface drain will be installed. Also, please describe <br />how the drain will be connected to Reservoir No. 1 and provide design drawings for the drain <br />outlet. <br />Applicant's Response: <br />The drain will be installed concurrently with or prior to the slurry wall. Please see the attached <br />replacement page. The drain will outlet above the high water line in Reservoir No. 1, the detail <br />is provided on Drawing 4. <br />8. The Applicant has stated pipeline interconnects will be installed between Reservoir No. 2 and <br />Reservoir No. 1, as well as between Reservoir No. 2 and Reservoir No. 3. Please specify the <br />point at which the pipeline interconnects will be constructed and provide design drawings for the <br />pipeline interconnects. <br />Applicant's Response: <br />This item has been clarified. The Mining Plan states that the pit(s) will be dewatered to accommodate dry mining. <br />Please describe in detail the dewatering setup. <br />Applicant's Response: <br />Additional information has been added to the application. Please see the attached page and <br />dewatering layout on the Mining Plan Map. <br />6.4.5 Exhibit E - Reclamation Plan <br />10. The Applicant has stated no waste asphalt or cement will be placed in the portion of the <br />excavated area intended as developed water resource. Please clarify if waste asphalt or cement <br />will be placed anywhere else within the affected area. <br />Applicant's Response: <br />This issue has been clarified. Please see the attached page <br />11. The Applicant has stated the topsoil stockpiles will be seeded i f the stockpile is left in <br />place longer than 12 months. Please specify the seed mix to be used on topsoil stockpiles. <br />
