The East Tenmile Creek <br />Collection System will be located in the Northeast'/4 of the Southwest V4, Section 2, Township 8 <br />South, Range 79 West, 6th P.M. The East Tenmile Creek Collection System will divert surface <br />flow, seepage, and run-off from watersheds above it that are tributary to Tenmile Creek at a <br />maximum rate of 15.0 cfs. <br />3.2.30 McNulty Lime Station Well. The McNulty Lime Station Well is located <br />in the Southwest %4 of Section 35, Township 7 South, Range 79 West, 6' P.M., at a point whence <br />the Southwest comer of Section 35 bears South 41°50' West a distance of 3,450 feet. The well <br />diverts ground water tributary to Tenmile Creek at a maximum rate of 0.67 cfs. <br />3.2.31 Kokomo Creek Mine Water Drains a Collection S stem. The Kokomo <br />Creek Mine Water Drainage Collection System will be located in the South %2 of Section 22, <br />Township 7 South, Range 79 West, 6''' P.M. The System will collect surface flow, seepage, and <br />run-off from old mine facilities and adjacent areas that are tributary to Kokomo Creek and <br />Tenmile Creek at a maximum rate of 5.0 cfs. <br />3.2.32 Searle Creek Mine Water Drainage Collection System. The Searle Creek <br />Mine Water Drainage Collection System will be located in the North '/Z of Section 22 and the <br />South % of Section 15, Township 7 South, Range 79 West, 6`h P.M. The System will collect <br />surface flow, seepage, and run-off from old mine facilities and adjacent areas that are tributary to <br />Searle Creek and Tenmile Creek at a maximum rate of 5.0 cfs. <br />
