Robinson Pond presently is an approximately 500 acre <br />feet tailings pond in the Southwest %4 of Section 27, the Northwest 1/4 and the East %z of Section <br />34, and the West %i of Section 35, all in Township 7 South, Range 79 West, 6' P.M.; also in the <br />East % of Section 3 and the West %Z of Section 2, both in Township 8 South, Range 79 West, 6`h <br />P.M. The size of Robinson Pond may be expanded or reduced in the future as a result of mining <br />and milling operations. Robinson Pond diverts water from Tenmile Creek and McNulty Creek, <br />including surface flow, seepage, and run-off from watersheds above it that are tributary to <br />Tenmile Creek and McNulty Creek. The total, maximum diversion rate at the Robinson Pond is <br />94.0 cfs. <br />0 3.2.22 Robinson Reservoir. Robinson Reservoir is a 3,136 acre feet reservoir <br />located in the Southeast %4 of Section 33 and the Southwest %a of Section 34, both in Township 7 <br />South, Range 79 West, & P.M. Robinson Reservoir diverts surface flow, seepage, and run-off <br />from a watershed above it that is tributary to the East Fork of the Eagle River at a maximum rate <br />of 20.0 cfs. <br />3.2.23 Chalk Mountain Reservoir. Chalk Mountain Reservoir is a 204.1 acre feet <br />reservoir located in the Southwest V4 of Section 34, Township 7 South, Range 79 West, 6`h P.M. <br />Chalk Mountain Reservoir diverts surface flow, seepage, and run-off from a watershed above it <br />that is tributary to the East Fork of the Eagle River at a maximum rate of 6.0 cfs. <br />3.2.24 Buffehr's Lake. Buffehr's Lake is a 102.8 acre feet reservoir located in the <br />Southwest'/4 of Section 2, Township 8 South, Range 79 West, 6' P.M. Buffehr's Lake diverts <br />56642.WPD:5 <br />
