The Robinson Reservoir <br />Spillway Ditch runs northerly along the east side of Eagle Park Reservoir then westerly along the <br />north side of Eagle Park Reservoir and then into the Eagle River below Eagle Park Reservoir, all <br />in Section 33, Township 7 South, Range 79 West, 6' P.M. The Robinson Reservoir Spillway <br />Ditch diverts surface flow, seepage, and run-off from watersheds above it that are tributary to the <br />East Fork of the Eagle River at a maximum rate of 15.0 cfs. <br />3.2.19 The Mayflower Pond. The Mayflower Pond presently is an approximately <br />7,960 acre feet tailings pond in the Southwest'/4 of Section 13, the Southeast 1/4 of Section 14, the <br />Northwest %4 of Section 24, and most of Section 23, all in Range 79 West, Township 7 South, 61h <br />P.M. The size of the Mayflower Pond may be expanded or reduced in the future as a result of <br />mining and milling operations. The Mayflower Pond diverts water from Tenmile Creek, <br />including its tributaries Clinton Creek, Mayflower Creek, Kokomo Creek, and Searle Creek. The <br />Mayflower Pond also diverts surface flow, seepage, and run-off from watersheds above it that are <br />tributary to Tenmile Creek. The total, maximum diversion rate at the Mayflower Pond is 184.0 <br />cfs. <br />3.2.20 Tenmile Pond. Tenmile Pond presently is an approximately 4,730 acre <br />feet tailings pond in most of Section 26, the East % of Section 27, the Northeast %4 of Section 34, <br />and the Northwest 1/4 of Section 35, all in Township 7 South, Range 79 West, 6`h P.M. The size <br />of Tenmile Pond may be expanded or reduced in the future as a result of mining and milling <br />operations. Tenmile Pond diverts water from Tenmile Creek, including surface flow, seepage, <br />56642. WPD:5 <br />•
