storage account in Riverside Reservoir is depleted. The daily evaporation and
seepage losses of 0.33% per day assessed on Riverside storage will continue to be
assessed in the projection as required by the Headley Recharge Project decree.
The projected deliveries to the Bruce Weir will be assumed to occur on a daily
basis according to the following monthly flow rates (based upon monthly average
Bruce Weir flow from 2005 to 2009):
Month Apr. May Jun. Jul. Aug. Sep. Oct.
Flow 1.4 3.1 3.7 2.4 2.7 3.1 3.8
Rate
(c. f. s.
244% of the assumed Bruce Weir deliveries each day (based upon the transit
losses applied in Riverside Irrigation District's decree in Case No. 2002CW86)
will be deducted from the Headley Recharge Project account in Riverside
Reservoir until the account is exhausted, at which point further projected
deliveries will cease. Actual deliveries of water stored in Riverside Reservoir to
the Headley Recharge Project are separately accounted for by Riverside Irrigation
District pursuant to the decree in Case No. 02CW086. To the extent that such
actual deliveries differ from the deliveries projected in this Paragraph 33(B)(6),
the actual deliveries shall be reflected in any periodic updates pursuant to
Paragraph 33(D).
7) Return Flow Obligations from Direct Releases of Water Stored under Jackson
Lake Rights: The amount of return flow obligations attributable to Pinneo's
previous and projected use of water released for direct augmentation use under the
Jackson Lake Rights, unless Pinneo has the right to deliver water available under
such rights into the Upper Platte and Beaver Canal for recharge pursuant to
Paragraph 28(B)(3).
8) Additional or Alternate Supplies: Any additional or alternate net replacement
supplies or credits that have been authorized for use in the plan pursuant to
Paragraphs 29(A) and 29(B) , the amounts of which are known at the time the
projection is made, that Pinneo has secured for any or all of the years of the
projection period.
C. Projection Limitations and Assumptions.
1) Period of Call: The projection shall be completed assuming there is a continuous
South Platte River call senior to the senior most priority of all of the Pinneo
Feedlot Wells, and that well depletions and return flow obligations must be
replaced at all times throughout the projection period. The projection shall further
assume that, except as provided in Paragraph 33(F) , during November through
March of each year of the projection, the percentage(s) of all plan depletions
deemed by this Decree to occur above the North Sterling Canal headgate must be
30 of 33
