Follow-up Preliminary Adequacy Issues for CN-01 I 2 <br />May Day Idaho Mine Complex <br />With this follow-up to the Division's previous adequacy letter, the Division has completed its <br />preliminary review of CN-01 and has identified all preliminary adequacy issues for CN-01. <br />Please be advised that CN-01 may be deemed inadequate and may be denied on May 2, 2011, <br />unless all adequacy review items are addressed to the satisfaction of the Division. Subsequent <br />to receipt and review of the Applicant's response to these items the Division may identify <br />additional items. <br />Pursuant to paragraph (3)(f) of the Joint Stipulation, the Applicant has agreed to address the <br />Division's adequacy issues at least two weeks prior to the decision date. Therefore, please <br />respond to the adequacy issues identified by the Division no later than April 18, 2011.
