We do not anticipate any disturbance to the hydrologic balance and will be able to <br />provide stable configuration per the reclamation plan provided by the Soil Conservation <br />District. <br />M. Processing will be conducted on-site with the use of a cedar rapids impact crusher, <br />screening and wash plant, if demand for washed products warrants. <br />N. Primary product mined will be pit run gravel. Secondary product will be sand. <br />Products will be used in construction of roads, home sites, and commercial construction. <br />0. Topsoil and overburden products may be sold from the site. The operator will ensure <br />that adequate topsoil and overburden will remain on-site to allow for reclamation of the <br />property as proposed with the submitted Mining and Reclamation Plans for the mine site. <br />P. There will be no explosives used in the mining process. <br />Q. The only manmade structures within 200' of the proposed mining area are the property <br />owner's own private fencing, irrigation structures, and farm roads. There are no other <br />manmade structures within 200' of the proposed mining area. <br />R. There are no known recorded easements within the proposed mining area.
