Gravel Pit No . 4: <br /> Present surface area - 0. 6 acres <br /> Overburden depth 4 feet <br /> Depth of Gravel - 26 feet <br /> Material removed to date - 10,000 cubic yards <br /> Ultimate removal - 350,000 cubic yards <br /> Strata below gravel - Pierre Shale <br /> The stockpile for this pit is located on land which <br /> will be mined in the future and will be moved accordingly <br /> as mining proceeds . <br /> E . Timetable <br /> Gravel Pit No . 1: Each year it is anticipated this <br /> pit will extend to the West approximately 100 feet . It is <br /> estimated this pit will be completed by the year 1988 as <br /> indicated on Exhibit D. <br /> Gravel Pit No . 2 : This pit will extend to the West <br /> at about 75 feet per year as shown on Exhibit D. It is <br /> anticipated that this pit will be complete by the year <br /> 1986. <br /> Gravel Pit No. 3 : This pit will extend to the South <br /> at the rate of approximately 110 feet per year as shown <br /> on Exhibit D. It is anticipated that excavation will be <br /> complete in this pit in the year 1988 . <br /> Gravel Pit No . 4 : This pit will be enlarged both to <br /> the North and South and somewhat to the West as shown in <br /> Exhibit D, and it is anticipated that mining will be com- <br /> plete in this area by the year 1985 . <br />
