EXHIBIT E - RECLAMATION PLAN <br />Jack Clark Jr <br />Upper Animas Sand & Gravel - January 2011 <br />Pit 1 mined 3 to 1 slopes will be graded with topsoil and fines spread and <br />seeded. Willows have already been planted on the west side. Additional willows <br />will be planted at the water's edge on the west side of the permit boundary. <br />Pit 2 north, west and northeast slopes are currently and will remain 3 to 1. <br />These areas have been seeded and mulched. As the pit is deepened, the slope <br />into the pit will be mined 3 to 1. the pit bottom will be graded flat with a slight <br />southeast dip (1/2%). <br />Pit 3 and Pit 4 will be mined the same as Pit 2 and reclaimed in the same <br />manner. <br />All equipment and stockpiles will be removed from all 4 pit areas. All <br />topsoil previously stockpiled will be spread over the 3 to 1 slopes and other <br />disturbed areas and reseeded. <br />Reclamation will occur as each pit area is completed. Pit 1 will be <br />completed first, Pit 1 will be a lake with willow and seeded banks. Pits 2, 3 and 4 <br />will also be lakes. The Clark family has applied for water rights from Maggie <br />Creek. This water will be diverted into Pit 2, then to Pit 3 and Pit 4 with a <br />discharge into Pit 1. <br />Pit 2 will be the second area to be reclaimed. Pits 3 and 4 will be the final <br />reclamation completed. <br />All 3 to 1 bank slopes will be seeded down to the water's edge of each lake. <br />
