Reclamation Plan EXHIBIT D <br />The site is contoured per the natural outline. Reclamation will consist of spreading a small <br />amount of topsoil and broadcast seeding of the affected area outside of the stock pond cleanout. <br />See Exhibit E - Maps for reclamation details. <br />6.3.4(1)(a) <br />With the exception of approximately 320 cubic yards of topsoil that is stockpiled, all excavated <br />materials will be removed from the site. The stockpiled material will be spread over the <br />disturbed area upon completion of excavation(s) to maintain the pond bed of its legal limits. See <br />Exhibit E - Maps for footprint of the reclaimed area surrounding the existing stock water pond. <br />The overburden / topsoil will be replaced in stages along the outlying affected area surrounding <br />the stock water pond after the material has been extracted for clean out purposes of restoring to <br />the legal limits of the pond bed. <br />6.3.4(1)(b) <br />The slopes will be reclaimed on a grade of 3:1 where disturbed as indicated on Exhibit E. <br />6.3.4(1)(c) <br />The disturbed area will be broadcast seeded with the following seed mix: <br />6.3.4(1)(cxi) <br />Pubescent Wheatgrass (Luna) 4 lbs PLS/ac <br />Crested Wheatgrass (Fairway) 2 IN PLS/ac <br />Western Wheatgrass (Rosana) 3 IN PLS/ac <br />Indian Ricegrass (Nezpar) 2 lbs PLS/ac <br />No mulching or fertilizing is planned. <br />The topsoil that is stockpiled shows current signs of growth and does not require additional plant <br />growth medium. <br />6.3.4(1)(cxii) <br />The affected area will be re-vegetated at the conclusion of the permit. Re-vegetation will be <br />completed in the stages along the outlying affected area surrounding the stock water pond after <br />the material has been extracted for clean out purposes of restoring to the legal limits of the pond <br />bed in conjunction with the replacement of the overburden / topsoil. The seed bed will be
