The removal of the storm water material that deposits
into the stock water pond is to maintain a healthy hydrologic balance to the legal limits of the
pond bed. The future land use will be in the same manner as what is currently being used in
regard to agriculture.
6.3.3(m)
The material will not be processed on site and will be used in its original form as extracted.
6.3.3(n)
The extracted material will be used for fill dirt / construction material, personally and possibly
commercially.
6.3.3(o)
Not applicable
V
