Mining Plan EXHIBIT C <br />The Lost Cause Pond is being cleaned out by the rancher primarily for agricultural purposes to <br />provide more water supply to his cattle from water run-off. The rancher wants to remove the <br />extracted material not only to his property for use, but also, would like to be able to provide it to <br />other individuals to remove it from the property. This is not primarily a mining operation. <br />6.3.3(a) <br />The maintenance / cleaning of the Lost Cause Pond had been initially cleaned in 2009 and is <br />estimated to end December 31, 2015. <br />6.3.3(b) <br />There is approximately 320 cubic yards of topsoil that is currently stockpiled for the disturbed <br />area outlying the stock water pond. This topsoil will be delineated by a fence to separate it from <br />any additional stockpile removed and will have a sign posted as such to state, "Topsoil <br />Stockpile." Vegetation has already begun to grow on the stockpile since its originating removal <br />and will be seeded and monitored for growth. <br />6.3.3(d) <br />The extracted materials which can be defined as a silty loam will be to maintain the legal limits <br />of the pond bed estimated at 9' +, also known as the original constructed depth and footprint of <br />the bottom of the pond floor. Therefore, the thickness of the deposit to be mined will be 9'. <br />6.3.3(e) <br />The entrance to the site is on a private, unimproved dirt road off of County Road 26: <br />Latitude N390 49.848"; Longitude W 108° 21.411" <br />The approximate center of the affected area is: <br />Latitude N39° 491.748"; W108' 21'.432" <br />Elevation is 64,640 <br />There is no intention of any additional components proposed for the affected area location in <br />conjunction with the removal / maintenance / cleaning thereof the material from the stock water <br />pond. Therefore, no components will be notated on Exhibit E - Map. <br />6.3.3(f) <br />Outside of the previously mentioned stockpile of topsoil located at North - Northwest area of the <br />pond as shown on Exhibit E - Map for re-vegetation purposes of approximately 320 cubic yards, <br />the additional extracted material from the stock water pond will be located North of the pond as <br />shown on Exhibit E - Map. <br />s <br />
