The current inventory evaluation agrees with that assessment. Although no testing was <br />conducted, the presence of five localities containing eroding cultural material of the same <br />approximate depth indicates the possible presence of an intact buried cultural layer. <br />Site 5MF4010lies adjacent to but outside the revised project area boundary. It remains unevaluated <br />as to its NRHP eligibility status and disturbance would constitute an adverse effect. In the future, <br />if the site is proposed for disturbance by project redesign, it should be avoided pending a <br />47599 <br />TRC Mariah Associates Inc. <br />
