350 Class III Inventory, Colowyo's Collom Mine Project <br />• <br />(. <br />• <br />Figure 6.215 Feature 1, Site 5MF3995, Looking Southwest (Taken by Bob Shinkle, 8/19105). <br />BLM website shows that William Lichtenhahn received a Homestead Entry Patent (HE <br />No. 1047072) for 320 acres on June 16, 1931. The patent was filed (No. 035147) at the General <br />Land Office in Denver and was not cancelled or relinquished. This would place the initial time <br />frame of occupation during the Depression era. <br />NRHP Elioibility Recommendation and Project Effect Site 5MF3995 was recommended as not <br />eligible for listing on the NRHP, and the Colorado OAHP officially agreed with the assessment. The <br />current inventory evaluation concurs with this NRHP eligibility assessment. The site did not play <br />a significant role in the settlement of the region due to its late patent date, nor is it associated with <br />an individual (William Lichtenhahn) of extraordinary historic significance. The site has poor <br />physical integrity and embodies no significant architectural or engineering attributes of design, <br />materials, or workmanship. The site does not have the potential to yield significant intact buried <br />47599 TRC Mariah Associates Inc. <br />
